Phase 01

3D Model Preparation

Software Used: Blender & Autodesk Meshmixer

Every project begins with a digital 3D model. Depending on the application, we work with customer-provided files or anatomical datasets. Each model is carefully reviewed, repaired where necessary, and optimized to preserve important anatomical details while ensuring reliable print quality.

Phase 02

Print Preparation

Software Used: Bambu Studio

Before printing begins, every model is prepared using print settings that match its size, complexity, and intended use. This helps maintain fine anatomical features while providing the strength required for regular handling.

  • Layer Height: Adjusted to capture fine anatomical details.
  • Wall Thickness: Optimized for durability and long-term use.
  • Infill Structure: Selected to provide the right balance of strength and weight.
  • Support Placement: Carefully planned to protect delicate features during printing.

Phase 03

Precision 3D Printing

Once the model has been prepared, production begins using calibrated FDM 3D printers. Material selection is based on the intended application, helping ensure consistent dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and durability.

Phase 04

Finishing & Quality Inspection

After printing, every model is carefully finished by hand to improve appearance and ensure it meets our quality standards before dispatch.

  • Support Removal: Supports are removed carefully to preserve delicate anatomical structures.
  • Surface Finishing: Models are cleaned and lightly sanded where required for a smoother finish.
  • Assembly: Multi-part models are assembled and checked for proper fit.
  • Painting: Selected models are hand-painted to improve anatomical clarity.
  • Final Inspection: Every model is inspected before packaging to verify quality and completeness.

Phase 05

Packaging & Dispatch

Every completed model is securely packaged using protective cushioning materials to minimize movement during transit. Each order is inspected once more before dispatch and packed according to its size and complexity, helping ensure it arrives safely for customers in India and around the world.
