Politique d’expédition

Order Policies : 
1. Order once placed, it will take time to dispatch. These are made on our Highly specialised Bambu Lab Printers. As we already mentioned in our listings, whether if it is Made to Order or Ready to Dispatch. 
2. You have only 24 hours, to cancel your order. If you cancelled your order within time frame, then you'll get refund immediately. Else, we proceed to continue with your orders. 
3. We use High Quality, PLA Plus and PETG materials. PLA Plus is light and brittle and even cheap, we kept this for budget conscious customers. PETG is highly durable and heat resistance filament, it has high strength can withhold outdoor heat. We use PETG if the item you want is high durable and slightly costlier than PLA Plus, for those who want durability. 
4. If in case your order get delayed, we will inform you why it has been delayed, with additional rectify days (of 1-2 days). Whether the item got broken, or ran out of filament stocks, Electricity issue, Delivery packaging delay, Post processing. 
5. We have fixed processing time, either 3-5 days or 8-10 days, if your order takes time due to any technical issues, then it can cover into that period, and we try to make and dispatch within processing time. No more extra waiting. 

Delivery Policies : 
1. Order is dispatched once it is made and packed, and send it to our nearest courier services.
2. Once we get the tracking details, we immediately share with our customers, to track their parcel.
3. We provide standard and express deliveries, where Standard Delivery will take upto 14 days, depending on the custom duties and flight schedules. Express delivery can take between 5-7 Business days.
4. Our processing time is from Monday to Friday (9AM-4PM) and Saturday (9AM-12PM, delivery processing only). 
5. During public holidays, your deliveries can be delayed. 
6. If you are still unsure about deliveries, buyers can check our delivery estimation on our shop listings. 
7. We deliver you from our most popular delivery services, such as India Post International and DTDC, but most of all we ship from India Post. 

Packaging policies:
1. Items we pack is carton based multi-layered cardboard packaging.
2. There is no tampering after sealing before ready to dispatch. 
3. Buyers can check whether if the package is tampered or not, as we also send you images via Etsy Message, just to ensure that package we sent is the package you get. 
4. Internationally transporting can delay, due to customs handling, once it get clear, courier services will give you update.
